RTVrc Limitations
The following are the known problems caused by the ReplayTV's "double select" bug. The same bug appears to occur with some of the buttons during playback (ffw, rew, qs, ir, ca)
What does work:
- Everything in Channel Guide (use enter to bring up the menu of options)
- Everything in Record Show (create/modify a Replay channel)
- Everything in Main Menu (Find shows, Setup, etc)
- Everything in Zones
What can't be done in the Replay Guide:
Shows menu:
- Send Show
- Keep until I delete
- Save to VCR
- Find all episodes
- Rename show
- Skip commercials
Channels menu:
- Rename
- Find matching shows
- Delete
What can't be accessed from the menu directly, but can be worked around:
Shows:
- Play from beginning - select, 0, jump
- Delete - select, stop, down, select
Channels:
- Change category - select, change category in record options
